How We Research Our Content
eSolicitors US is committed to providing accurate, reliable legal information. Here is exactly how we research and verify every page.
Primary Sources Only
All legal claims are verified against primary sources: the United States Code (USC), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), USCIS Policy Manual, Department of Labor regulations, IRS guidance, EEOC guidelines, and relevant federal court decisions. We do not rely on secondary sources alone.
Official Government Sources We Cite
- USCIS.gov — immigration forms, fees, processing times, policy manual
- DOL.gov — wage and hour law, OSHA, worker rights
- IRS.gov — tax obligations, ITIN, EIN information
- Justice.gov — immigration court, BIA accredited representatives
- EEOC.gov — employment discrimination law
- HUD.gov — fair housing law
- State government portals where state law applies
How We Handle Uncertainty
Immigration law changes frequently — processing times, fees, and policies can change without notice. Where information may be time-sensitive, we direct readers to check the official government source rather than stating a number that may be outdated. When something varies by state, we say so explicitly.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not invent statistics, case names, or legal citations
- We do not guess at state-specific rules we are not certain of
- We do not provide advice for individual cases
- We do not allow sponsored or paid content to influence our information
Update Schedule
All pages display a "Last reviewed" date. Major immigration law changes trigger immediate content reviews. All pages are reviewed at minimum every 6 months.
